What we collect when you ask for a score

What for

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and then confirming the email you receive.

Where it is kept

With Kit (Kit.com, Inc., USA), the platform we use to run the list and send the emails; Kit also serves the form on each score page. Kit acts as our data processor; international transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses. We do not pass your details to anyone else, and we do not sell them.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Counting visits

We count visits in two ways:

The legal basis for Google Analytics is your consent. You can change your choice at any time from “Cookies” at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw it, we delete its cookies from your browser.

Other services

The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when serving them. The videos live on YouTube: they only open if you follow the link, and from then on Google's policy applies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and ask for it to be ported, by writing to ostinara@gmail.com. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
